Thank you for your kind interest in booking a counselling/neurofeedback session with me. Payment is optional at the time of scheduling, and it is due at the end of the first session. Payments can be made only by credit card at the time of booking or later at the office by cash, cheque, credit card or e-transfer.
If you purchase a 3 sessions package, you will save $ 63 in 3 sessions.
How To Book An Appointment:
Please choose one of the appointment types first and your favourite date and time; click on " continue." Then, please enter your name, family name, email address and phone number. Please read the "AGREEMENT FOR COUNSELING AND INFORMED CONSENT' very carefully, and before accepting, please let me know if you have any questions about it. Please check the box that says " I have read and agree to the terms above" if you agree with the consent. In the next step, you have three options :
1- Redeem a package if you have already purchased it,2- Pay for the session you are booking, or 3- Reserve the appointment without paying. However, you will be asked to finalize your booking by entering your credit card info via a secure payment method. My office cannot see your credit card number or your card information. We only see your name and the last four digits of your card.
Referrals from third parties ( ICBC, CVAP, WorksafeBC, Arete, etc.) need to enter their credit card info; however, their credit card won't be charged for the sessions they attend, and their referral source is responsible for the payments, which the office staff will handle it. Please be advised that none of the third parties pay for no-show or cancelled sessions within 24 hours prior to the appointment, so clients referred by third parties are responsible for payment for no-show or cancelled sessions less than 24 hours before their appointment.
After your booking is complete, you will see the confirmation page that shows your booked appointment's type, date, and time. Also, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to see the above information and reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. Also, you will receive an email and text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
How To Buy a Three-Session Counselling Package and How To Redeem It:
You can choose Three "In-Person" or/and " Virtual" Counselling Sessions Package by choosing one of them on the booking page and paying for it with a valid credit card. After you purchase a package, you will receive a confirmation email along with a " Certificate Code." In-Person" and " Video/Phone" sessions can be converted to each other by contacting the office.
In this case, please click on Redeem Package or Gift Certificate below. Then please enter either your email address or the certificate code you received by email after the purchase. Then choose an appointment type in the package price( $ 130 instead of $150 up to 3 sessions for each purchase using your email address or the same confirmation number each time). Finally, complete your booking - step by step- according to the booking page's directions.
IMPORTANT: At least 24 hours notice for cancellations is required and there is no penalty for cancellations made 24 hours or more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a 50 % late-cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.
